Founder Matt Harman handles high-stakes cases for plaintiffs and whistleblowers across the country.
Matt has vast experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer products, chemical, energy, automotive, telecommunications, and healthcare fields. He also represents inventors whose patents have been infringed and small businesses in commercial disputes. A graduate of Harvard Law School, Matt is known as a skilled litigator and for his capacity to tackle complex issues, his ability to communicate and connect with jurors, and his high-energy determination to achieve success for his clients.
Based in Atlanta, Matt represents clients across the nation. He is admitted to practice in Georgia, and Washington, D.C., but has appeared in courts pro hac vice all across the nation. Matt is a frequent commentator, writer, and lecturer on television, in print, online, and for law schools on a variety of legal topics.
Matt presents at professional conferences, continuing legal education programs, and for civic and community groups. Matt and his staff devote time at Atlanta’s Salvation Army. The national SuperLawyers organization has named Matt a Georgia SuperLawyer every year from 2014 to present.
