Eric Fredrickson represents individuals harmed by negligence or defective products.

Eric represents people who are injured or lose loved ones as a result of the negligence of others or defective products. Eric’s unique ability to quickly synthesize difficult legal issues surrounding complex scientific fields makes him an invaluable contributor to the firm’s mass tort, pharmaceutical, and medical injury practices. He is a passionate advocate for his clients’ rights.
Eric was a member of the trial team on a case in the Pennsylvania Mass Tort Program, where hundreds of patients sought justice after the drug Risperdal caused them to develop a rare and devastating condition called gynecomastia.
Eric is also working on cases for victims of defective insulin pumps, vaginal mesh, and other defective drugs and medical devices.
Graduating from Emory Law School with honor, Eric served as Managing Editor on the Emory Law Journal. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
