Eric Fredrickson represents victims of excessive force and other civil rights abuses.
Eric Fredrickson leads the Harman Law Firm’s civil rights practice. He focuses on cases involving police excessive force, correctional system negligence, denial of medical care, and 8th Amendment violations. Eric has extensive skill and experience in litigating these complex cases which typically involve various governmental immunities, among other challenges. As a result, Eric has achieved numerous tremendous successes in lawsuits on behalf of victims of government abuses.
Graduating from Emory Law School with honor, Eric served as Managing Editor on the Emory Law Journal. He is a member of the National Police Accountability Project and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
