Pharma-Psychiatry Connection & the Legal Fallout
on Tonight’s The American Law Journal

The American Psychiatric Association’s new “Choosing Wisely” program admonishes doctors for prescribing psychotropic drugs for children and the elderly too quickly. Do brand name drugs going generic- and lawyers- have something to do with this?

Tonight at 7:00 pm (March 31) on the Philadelphia CNN-News affiliate WFMZ-TV, The American Law Journal presents “The Pharma-Psychiatry Connection: Are Generic Drugs & Lawyers Changing the Relationship?” Joining host Christopher Naughton are corporate defense counsel Terry Henry of Blank Rome, plaintiff’s attorney Stephen Sheller of Sheller, P.C., and Barbara Ziv, M.D., a forensic psychiatrist with Temple University Medical School. Matt Harman of Harman Law joins the conversation from CNN Atlanta.

The American Law Journal is the weekly talk-feature program airing on the CNN-News affiliate for Philadelphia, WFMZ-TV 69 to Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.  All programs are available at www.YouTube.com/LawJournalTV.
